BSAT Silicon Heating Tapes with Controller
Description
BSAT Silicon Rubber Heating Tapes with Percentage Controller. The controller varies the length of time the heater is "on" or "off". The application will determine actual percentage set point required. The controller does not use a temperature sensor and therefore requires supervison under changing load conditions.

Features
Available in 120 or 240VAC. Heating tapes available in combinations of widths of 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 inches and lengths of 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 inches. Controllers include a 71" long power cord and 6" lead from tape. Please call for current availability for the size desired.
Benefits
Silicon rubber extruded tapes are moisture and chemical resistant and are suitable for use on conductive surfaces.

Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge
resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns
and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts
a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution.

drum heaters are designed to provide practical, efficient means of
freeze protection, viscosity control and maintenance of materials
at elevated temperatures. Our drum heaters are available in both standard
sizes and custom designs in order to meet a variety of applications.

Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large
surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity
control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon
rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations
including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without
pressure sensitive adhesives. Drum heaters and some tapes have built-in
thermostatic controllers. Blankets and other tapes require a temperature
controller. Flexible Heating Elements & Blankets
