Briskheat Tote Tank Heaters

The contents in your tote tanks / IBCs, such as honey, molasses, or lube oil, can be slow moving and uncooperative when you need it most, especially when winter strikes. Heat allows the content to flow at a manageable rate. The wrap-around blanket design allows you to heat a tote tank / IBC in a non-invasive way. Unlike immersion heaters, wrap-around surface heaters will not contaminate or scorch your product. An optional insulated top is offered for faster heat-up and more efficient temperature maintenance.


Briskheat Heat Blankets

BH Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without pressure sensitive adhesives. Rotary vane pumps are available in lubricated versions from capacities of 2-190 CFM, lubricated for wet service in capacities of 19-70 CFM, oil-free in capacities of 2-70 CFM, and high vacuum models in capacities of 1.5-12 CFM.
