BriskHeat
Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge
resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns
and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts
a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution.
Choose from Standard Insulated Heating Tape, Heavy Insulated Heating
Tape, Wide Heavy Insulated Heating Tape, Silicone Rubber Heating Tape,
and Dual Element Silicone Rubber Insulated Tape
These
drum heaters are designed to provide practical, efficient means of
freeze protection, viscosity control and maintenance of materials
at elevated temperatures. Our drum heaters are available in both standard
sizes and custom designs in order to meet a variety of applications.
BH
Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large
surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity
control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon
rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations
including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without
pressure sensitive adhesives. Drum heaters and some tapes have built-in
thermostatic controllers. Blankets and other tapes require a temperature
controller. Flexible Heating Elements & Blankets

Heating Tapes
Description BH Thermal Corp., BriskHeat Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution.
Standard Insulated Heating Tape is available in 1/2" (1.3cm) and 1" (2.5cm) widths in various lengths. The Standard Tapes can be applied for temperatures up to 900F (482C) continuous operation.
Heavy Insulated Heating Tape include a double braided outer sheath for more rugged protection
Wide Heavy Insulated Heating Tape is available in 1.75" (4.4cm), 2.5" (6.4cm) and 3.25" (8.3cm) widths in various lengths. The Tape includes a double braided outer sheath for more rugged protection.
Silicone Rubber Heating Tape incorporates an extruded silicone rubber outer jacket. The Silicone Rubber Heating Tape may be applied for temperatures up to 450F (232C) continuous
Dual Element Silicone Rubber Insulated Tape includes Kapton insulation for industrial and "noisy" power applications. The Dual Element Tape may be applied for temperatures up to 450F (232C) continuous operation.
BSAT Silicon Rubber Heating Tapes with Percentage Controller. The controller varies the length of time the heater is "on" or "off". The application will determine actual percentage set point required. The controller does not use a temperature sensor and therefore requires supervison under changing load conditions.
The silicon rubber extruded heating tape comes equipped with a built-in preset thermostat to regulate at 60°F(16°C). Enjoy the safety of the patented grounded heating element and the long 6 foot power cord.
Silicon rubber extruded heating tapes are moisture and chemical resistant and are suitable to be used on conductive surfaces. Max temperatures of 500°F short term or 450°F or 232°C continuous. These tapes require temperature controllers for regulation.
A variety of heating tapes options with fiberglass insulation are good for use on conductive surfaces. These tapes are not moisture or chemical resistant. These tapes all require temperature controllers to prevent overheating.
Briskheat XtremeFLEX HSTAT Silicone Rubber Heating Tapes with adjustable thermostat control are ideal for a wide range of applications, including process temperature control, de-icing, and supplemental heat. No additional control needed.
