Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large
surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity
control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon
rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations
including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without
pressure sensitive adhesives. Drum heaters and some tapes have built-in
thermostatic controllers. Blankets and other tapes require a temperature

| BSAT Silicon Heating Tapes with Controller | BSAT Silicon Rubber Heating Tapes with Percentage Controller. The controller varies the length of time the heater is "on" or "off". The application will determine actual percentage set point required. The controller does not use a temperature sensor and therefore requires supervison under changing load conditions. |
| Silicon Heating Tape with Thermostat | The silicon rubber extruded heating tape comes equipped with a built-in preset thermostat to regulate at 60°F(16°C). Enjoy the safety of the patented grounded heating element and the long 6 foot power cord. |
| Silicone Rubber Extruded Heating Tapes | Silicon rubber extruded heating tapes are moisture and chemical resistant and are suitable to be used on conductive surfaces. Max temperatures of 500°F short term or 450°F or 232°C continuous. These tapes require temperature controllers for regulation. |
| Fiberglass Insulated Heating Tapes | A variety of heating tapes options with fiberglass insulation are good for use on conductive surfaces. These tapes are not moisture or chemical resistant. These tapes all require temperature controllers to prevent overheating. |
