Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge
resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns
and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts
a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution.

The contents in your tote tanks / IBCs, such as honey, molasses, or lube oil, can be slow moving and uncooperative when you need it most, especially when winter strikes. Heat allows the content to flow at a manageable rate. The wrap-around blanket design allows you to heat a tote tank / IBC in a non-invasive way. Unlike immersion heaters, wrap-around surface heaters will not contaminate or scorch your product. An optional insulated top is offered for faster heat-up and more efficient temperature maintenance. |

Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large
surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity
control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon
rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations
including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without
pressure sensitive adhesives. Drum heaters and some tapes have built-in
thermostatic controllers. Blankets and other tapes require a temperature
