Briskheat Heat Tape

Fiberglass Heat TapeBriskHeat Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution. Choose from Standard Insulated Heating Tape, Heavy Insulated Heating Tape, Wide Heavy Insulated Heating Tape, Silicone Rubber Heating Tape, and Dual Element Silicone Rubber Insulated Tape

Briskheat Drum Heaters

These drum heaters are designed to provide practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control and maintenance of materials at elevated temperatures. Our drum heaters are available in both standard sizes and custom designs in order to meet a variety of applications.

Briskheat Heat Blankets

BH Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity control and many other applications. They are constructed using silicon rubber lamination technology and are available in a variety of configurations including: drum heaters, tapes, blankets of many sizes with and without pressure sensitive adhesives. Drum heaters and some tapes have built-in thermostatic controllers. Blankets and other tapes require a temperature controller. Flexible Heating Elements & Blankets

NAME DESCRIPTION
Self-Limiting Heat Trace Cable BH Thermal self-limiting cable will adjust it's power output in relation to the surface temperature and ambient temperature. As the temperature increases the the resistance within the cable increases, thus decreasing the wattage output. Self-limiting cable is designed to be used safely with or without a temperature controller. Self-limiting cable is ideal for low temperature maintenance applications such as freeze protection.
Constant Wattage Heat Trace Cable BH Thermal constant wattage cable is designed to produce a give amount of wattage (therefore heat) per linear foot on a particular voltage circuit. Constant wattage cables require a temperature controller. They are ideal for higher temperature applications (up to 500 F) and for temperature control. Constant wattage cables also are the most rugged heating solution available.

Flexible Heating Elements & Blankets BH Thermal's flexible heating elements are designed for heating large surfaces for process temperature control, freeze protection, viscosity control and many other applications.
Laboratory Heaters BH Thermal's line of laboratory products are heating tapes designed for small scale applications for temperature maintenance and viscosity control. The available tapes include: fiberglass and Samox insulated tapes for high temperatures (up to 1100 F), kapton insulated tapes and silicone tapes. Tapes are available in a variety of standard lengths and require a temperature controller.
Custom Heating Jackets Many applications require heating complex objects such as pumps or valves, or critical applications that cannot tolerate cold spots, such as vacuum systems. In these cases custom fitted heater jackets are the solution. Jackets are available built of materials for harsh industrial environments or for the stringent requirements of a semiconductor fab.
Temperature Controllers BH Thermal Temperature Controllers for Heating Elements. Most electrical heating elements require some type of controller to limit the heat output. Some products, like drum heaters, have a built-in adjustable temperature controller. Other products like self-limiting cables do not require controllers. Heating tapes and blankets require temperature controllers.
Heating Tapes BH Thermal Corp., BriskHeat Flexible Heating Tapes are constructed of multi-strand, 36-40 gauge resistance wires insluated with braided fiberglass or Samox yarns and knitted into flat tapes This unique serpentine construction imparts a high dgree of flexibility, ruggedness and uniform heat distribution.
